Heilige Boontjes is a project that trains young people with a criminal record in fifty weeks to become a coffee roaster, barista (coffee bar training) and distributor via a work-study program. The pure coffee from Heilige Boontjes is being sold at more and more catering companies and via the internet, and is on the shelves of various supermarkets in Rotterdam.
